1. Order Processing Times

Ready-to-Ship Items: Orders for in-stock jewelry are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Please note: We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
2. Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently offer the following options:

Standard Shipping 3–7 Business Days ---- Free on orders $75+
3. Signature & Insurance
To protect your purchase, all orders over $100 will be shipped with:

Full Insurance: Covering the value of the piece during transit.
4. Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your package via the carrier's website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). Please allow 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
5. Domestic & International Shipping

Domestic: We ship to all 50 U.S. states.

International: We currently only ship within the United States.
6. Damages & Issues
If your jewelry arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately at support@thedvncollectivejewelry.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will prioritize a replacement, refund, or exchange for you.
