Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your new jewelry. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be postmarked within this window to be eligible for a refund.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the original, unworn condition with no scratches, scuffs, or signs of wear.

  • It must be in its original packaging (box, pouch, and certificates of authenticity/appraisals).

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Any "Final Sale" Items

  • Earrings: Due to hygiene and health regulations, all earring sales are final.

4. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email us at support@thedvncollectivejewelry.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization and the return shipping address.

  3. Pack the item securely. We recommend using the original shipping box.

5. Return Shipping & Fees

  • Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • Insurance: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

6. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
