2. Product Accuracy & Sizing

  • Nature Stone and Metals: Please note that slight variations in stone color, shape, and metal finish may occur and are not considered defects.

  • Sizing: It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct ring or bracelet size. 

  • Display: We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices are in USD and are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if there is an error in pricing or product information.

  • As a North Carolina-based business, sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to North Carolina addresses in accordance with state law.

4. Shipping and Risk of Loss

All items purchased from DVN Collective are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. We highly recommend selecting shipping options that include insurance and signature confirmation for high-value items.

All content included on this site, such as jewelry designs, images, logos, and text, is the property of M-Edit dba the DVN Collective and protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, duplicate, or sell any portion of our designs or website content without express written permission.
